Party in Florence: Thetis float. Barewagen, with thetis and her consequence (Nereïden and Tritons), drawn by two fantasy animals. This structure was manufactured for the party 'Guerra di Bellezza', which cosimo II gave the 'Medici in 1616 in Florence on the occasion of the arrival of Federico della Rovere, the prince of Urbino and the fiancé of his sister Claudia. At the top of the show a banner with Italian text.
