Lt. Col. Terry Jenkins, officer in charge of the Headquarters Battery, 2nd Battalion, 300th Field Artillery, gets airborne for the standing long jump event of the OPAT. The purpose of the event is to assess a soldier’s lower-body power. The distance of three jumps is combined to calculate the score. For a moderate level MOS, a score of 140 centimeters is required. For a high demand, or black rating, a soldier must reach 160 centimeters. (Wyoming Army National Guard photo by Sgt. 1st Class Jimmy McGuire) 170210-Z-CG686-037 by wyoguard
