Frank Womack, 12th Maintenance Squadron work lead, performs scheduled maintenance on the speed brake of a T-38 Talon Feb. 9, 2024, at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas. The T-38 undergoes periodic maintenance to ensure the aircraft is safe and functional for the 490 pilot trainees per year.
