Dioscuri Castor and Pollux, symbols of heroic values and virtues, in Turin, Italy
The two equestrian statues with mythological figures of the Dioscuri Castor and Pollux, symbols of heroic values and virtues, were performed by Abbondio Sangiorgio (1798-1879). In 1847 they were placed on columns at the central access of the gate of the Royal Palace.
