Duplicate copies will be required of all bills payable by thecity, furnished on county pauper account. , All bills against the city must be approved by the personauthorizing the charge; and unless this is done, no action canbe had upon the bill by the Committee on Accounts andClaims, and noi order will be given for its payment.
