Most of my first six years, though, as I said, were in big gunnery with battleships in Fire Control Divisions. That was something that Dahlgren was trying to assist in? They had a lot to do with, of course, all the guns the Navy used, and at that time up until World War II, all the guns were tested right here at the Naval Proving Ground.
