Senior Enlisted Leaders from around the fleet observe recruits as they participate in the confidence chamber at Recruit Training Command (RTC). The hands-on learning curriculum at RTC tests recruits on their war-fighting skills before they reach the fleet. More than 40,000 recruits train annually at the Navy's only boot camp.
