The march was organized by nine organizations, under the name Climate Crisis Coalition, this including Extinction Rebellion, Greenpeace, Oxfam Novib, and the trade union FNV. Also demonstrating was a feminist block, a children’s block, an agricultural block, a vegan block, an anti-racism block and a block for sustainable fashion. The climate themes that were highlighted included the phasing out of Government fossil subsidies and a mandatory climate plan for polluting companies.
