Later planting is safe, but the stronger the growth this Autumn the larger will be the berry crop of Barrymore. Mid-Season, Perfect. A healthy and vigorous grower. The berries of a glossy, rich dark crimson with red flesh of excellent tjuality, of large size, are of regular conical form and a good healthy grower. All growers are unanimous in their praise of this magnificent berry, and it is considered one of the finest of all late fruiting sorts; we do not know that it has a single defect.
