ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 6, 2016) – Seaman Anthony Wallace, a native of Los Angeles, verifies a hazardous material receipt in the hazardous material storage area onboard amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7). Iwo Jima is underway pursuing Mobility-Engineering (MOB-E) and Mobility-Seaman (MOB-S) certifications as part of the ship’s pre-deployment qualification process.
