Originally a timber-framed steiger's residence built in the 18th century near the mining area. Rebuilt and extended as a country house "Neuglueck" from 1850. From 1901 to 1902, summer residence of the French poet Guillaume Apollinaire, who worked as a tutor in "Neuglueck". The combined stylistic elements of German and French origin are remarkable.
