Katot village is inhabited by the Brao tribe, an ethnic minority in Cambodia. They have good relations with the neighbouring Khmer people, but to safeguard their lands, DPA/SCIAF have developed a Committee for Land Titlement (CLT) whereby they have demarkated their traditional territory, mapped it out and obtained registered land titles from the government.
