PHILIPPINE SEA (June 1, 2022) Master-at-Arms 1st Class Marcus Dinkins, from Macon, Georgia, demonstrates how to use handcuffs during a Security Reaction Force Basic Course (SRF-B) aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Dewey (DDG 105). Dewey is assigned to Commander, Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
