There aremany places in the woods in which to enjoy a picnic or afew lazy, pleasant hours, and the beautiful parkways andterraced drives around the lake show a constantly changingpicture of life. It is one of the best scenic gems of whichany city may boast. GENERAL PLANS FOR DEVELOPING BUSINESSIt can thus be seen that the Twin City Lines have anunusual opportunity in the way of resorts for patrons, andtlie general policy followed is to bring business from thelogical centers. That is to say, there is a certain class ofbusiness in St. Paul that wishes to be moved only to local parks, Como, Indian Mounds and Phalen. Thereis another class of business that prefers another trip fromSt. Paul, and Wildwood is their ultimate destination.
