Inthis figure the proper relative position of an adults teeth has beenreached, and the overlapping of the incisors equals the depth of thecusp of a bicuspid in the same mouth. Yet the young lady hasprobably not reached her full stature. Fig. 9 represents a mouth containing the whole thirty-two teeth;the same conditions as in the preceding case exist here, but it willbe noticed that the lower wisdom-teeth occupy a position still higheron the curve of the lower jaw, so that the concavity
