Most people were observing the ‘rule of 6' however an elderly group topped 8 people as they were shown the cities Town Hall in Victoria Square. Birmingham is preparing to go into a local lockdown on Tuesday due to a spike in coronavirus cases. The city will ban people from entering other households unless exempt.
