Facebook page of alleged killer Raoul Moat - Britain's most wanted man until his death in a showdown with police in July 2010.
Macro screenshot of alleged killer Raoul Moat's Facebook page. Moat, a former nightclub doorman, was the focus of a massive manhunt by British police after allegedly gunning down his ex-girlfriend Samantha Stobbart and shooting dead her new partner Chris Brown in Gateshead, England, on July 3 2010 and then shooting and seriously wounding Northumbria PC David Rathband on July 4. Prior to the shootings, which occurred shortly after he was released from a prison sentence, Moat was said to have posted a chilling message on Facebook telling readers that he had lost his business, property and girlfriend and warning them to "watch and see what happens". The 37-year-old died after apparently shooting himself following a confrontation with armed officers in the village of Rothbury on July 10. Editorial use only.
