The world’s largest international maritime exercise, RIMPAC provides a unique training opportunity while fostering and sustaining cooperative relationships between participants critical to ensuring the safety of sea lanes and security on the world’s oceans. RIMPAC 16 is the 25th exercise in the series that began in 1971. Moises, a native of Antioch, Illinois, is an unmanned aerial vehicle operator with Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 3, Marine Aircraft Group 24, 1st Marine Aircraft Wing, III Marine Expeditionary Force.
