Shiva and Parviti on a canopied throne, its side posts embellished with pearl tassels. Shiva sits in lalitasana, his right foot resting on a cushion, embracing the green-complexioned Parviti, who sits on his right thigh. The god carries in his upper right hand the damaru (hourglass shaped drum) and in his upper left the mriga (gazelle). With his lower pair of hands he holds the goddess.
