Quite a distinct sort. Plants verj- hardy, ratherlong stemmed, but compact: the leaves are verysmooth, but thick: the head is of medium size,round and very solid, being the hardest headingcabbage we know of and of the very best quite late and keeps well and is Ijy many the best cabbage to hold over forspring markets.
