April 30, Lakemba, Sydney, Australia: On the final night of Ramadan in Sydney, the Ramadan Nights Festival is in full swing from sunset at through to the next morning. Here marinated meat is being barbequed as shish kebabs to be served on round buns for waiting customers. Long lines of people snake down the street waiting to purchase this and other foods from the many nations represented at this market each night during the festival.
