Marines with the Combined Arms Company in Bulgaria use Norwegian Road Authority required snow chains during training in Rena, Norway, Feb. 18, 2016. The chains, unlike traditional American ones, have cleats for better traction on icy conditions which dig in and control the vehicle from sliding on the surface.
