At Sea. Mar 26, 2024: Vision of the Seas is one of two cruise ships that will be impacted by harbor blockage following the tragic accident and collapse of Baltimore Key Bridge. This season, Royal Caribbean International (RCI) and Carnival Cruise Line (CCL) both operate cruises from Maryland Locust Point Terminal. The two major and popular cruise lines announced they will temporarily move Carnival Legend’s & Vision of the Seas operations to Norfolk, Virginia.
