Dec. 23, 2014- The 876th Vertical Engineer Company returned to family and hugs after a seven month deployment to Afghanistan on Tuesday, December 23rd, 2014 in Toccoa, Ga. Commanded by Capt. While the GAARNG is glad to have all of the units home over the holidays, our prayers are still with the nearly 40 individual Georgia Army Guardsmen who volunteered to remain deployed and augment non-Georgia units overseas.
