Blue flowers of any kind are rare but here we have one you can depend on for cutting all summer and fall. The foliage is luxuriant and the tall, well-furnished flower-spikes are always admired in the peren- nial border. This is one of the few flowers that do well in a shady place and they can be planted in woodlands as well as in the flower- garden. Plant 6 or more in a clump.
