OKINAWA, Japan (Jan. 17, 2017) Chief Aviation Electrician’s Mate Joshua Bouge, with the Golden Swordsmen of Patrol Squadron (VP) 47, from Sherman, Texas, reads instructions to first class petty officers prior to taking the annual Navywide E-7 advancement exam. VP-47 is currently deployed to the 7th Fleet Area of Operations (AOO) at Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan, and to the 4th Fleet AOO at Comalapa, El Salvador.
