Affleck is being honored for directing, starring and producing the film Argo. Matt Damon presents the film festival's most prestigious award to his long time friend Ben Affleck. The Modern Master Award was created to honor an individual who has enriched our culture through his/her multi-faceted accomplishments in the motion picture industry.
