Dark cumulonimbus clouds swept across the Kansas landscape as a tornado outbreak is called by the National Weather service in Topeka Kansas. Funnel clouds form and try to form wedge tornado but never truly forms. Hail and heavy rain which caused flooding across the region occurred.
