A memorialization ceremony officially designating the Army Reserve Center in Dubuque, Iowa as The Specialist Ronald D. Rennison Army Reserve Center was attended by more than 100 people July 10, 2022. Rennison was a Dubuque native who was one of 292 servicemembers who was killed in Operation Desert Storm in 1991.
