On April 27, 2021, Joint Multinational Readiness Center recognized Elisabeth Winters 30 years of service. Winters was the S-3 Administrative Support Assistant and gave 30 years of service to the Army, supporting soldiers and both and German work force. Mike Lefebvre, deputy S-3, said her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to the organization and the civilian personnel assigned has made a lasting impact on the JMRC and 7th Army Training Command Team. He added, "She will be missed."
