An extra early wrinkled marrow of excellent quality, and a valuable ad- dition to the very early varieties. It is three feet high and somewhat more vigorous in habit than Prosperity. The pods are medium to large, blunt-ended and filled to the tip vdth large peas of true, rich "marrow" flavor. Its strong vine and heavy cropping character make it very suitable for an early crop in the private garden. It may be used to great advantage as an immediate successor to Gradus.
