M., and theSecretary shall call a special meeting of the Board of Directorsupon the written request of the President and three members ofthe Board. ARTICLE , Dues, Etc. Section i. Dues shall be twenty-five cents (25c.) per annurn,which shall include initiation fee, and fee must accompany appli-cation wdien filed. Sec. 2. The annual dues shall be payable in advance.
