Navy, died in the Naval Hospital atBoston, Mass., on Sunday morning, February3. The funeral was held in Garrett and theattendance was very large. There were manybeautiful floral offerings. Mr. Scissinger wasthe son of engineer H. D. Scissinger and is thefirst Garrett boy to die while in the service ofthe United States.
