Bird watching from Bempton Cliffs


Bempton Cliffs. These chalk cliffs are 100 metres high and form part of a nature reserve maintained by the RSPB, at Bempton in the East Riding of Yorkshire, England . Bempton Cliffs are home to the only mainland breeding colony of Gannets in England. Other species of seabirds are also abundant on the cliffs. Parking is available at the the visitor centre and good paths run along the cliff top with observation platforms at intervals.
