It is in theshape of a temple, of renaissance style, thirty-eight feet In height,and composed entirely of 30,000 pounds of chocolate and cocoabutter. These are applied over a wooden frame, and a mostartistic effect is produced. The prominent feature of this exhibitis a statue of Germania, ten feet high, modeled after the cele-brated Niederwald monument, and sculptured out of a solidblock of 2,200 pounds of chocolate.
