Doucette as the Commanding Officer of Coast Guard Sector Boston during a Change of Command ceremony at the Leader Bank Pavilion, in the Boston Seaport, Friday. The ceremony was presided by Rear Admiral Thomas G. Allan Jr, Commander, First Coast Guard District.
