MIT Dean of Students Constantino Columbo leaves the Thursday meeting where the varsity sports cuts were announced. At 5pm on the 22nd, Athletics Director Julie Soriero had her assistant call the varsity teams that were to be cut from MIT's program to a meeting the following morning at 8am where they were informed of the news.
