Lt. Col. Christopher L'Heureux, the 2nd Squadron, 2d Cavalry Regiment commander, receives departure gift from Brig. Gen. Jarosław Gromadziński, commander of the 15th Mechanized Brigade Poland. Lt. Col. Scott Cheney, the 3rd Sqdn., 2CR commander, assumed command of the BGP during a transfer of authority ceremony at the Bemowo Piskie Training Area, Oct. 20, 2017. The Wolfpack Sqdn. will train for the next six months along side of the British, Croatian, Romanian and Polish militaries in support of NATO's enhanced Forward Presence initiative.
