Six cockpit mirrors help aviators expand their view during flight operation. Currently under way in the 7th Fleet area of responsibility (AOR), the conventionally-powered aircraft carrier demonstrates power projection and sea control as the Navy's only permanently forward-deployed aircraft carrier.
