Navy Reserve members assigned to the Maritime Expeditionary Security Squadron 1A (MSRON), San Diego, California, participate in the personnel recovery exercise Bull Shark, Port Djibouti, Djibouti, June 21, 2022. Exercise Bull Shark is a personnel recovery exercise involving members of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa (CJTF-HOA) and the European Union Naval Force aimed to strengthen interoperability between like-minded partners in the region; members of the Spanish Armed Forces and Djibouti Armed Forces also participated in the exercise this iteration.
