Brown, a field radio operator with Combat Logistics Battalion 15, the Logistics Combat Element for the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), is congratulated by a fellow Marine after his promotion to sergeant aboard USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52).
