Six anti-Sisi protesters are lifted away by police after blocking the entrance to Downing Street by lying on the road prior to Egypt's president, Abdelfattah El-Sisi meeting with British Prime Minister David Cameron. Three of the protesters have the words Rights, Democracy and Freedom written on their backs.
