Ober held a Bible In-stitute in the Popular Grove Churchat Greenville, Ohio, in December withgood results. Later he opened an in-stitute in the Linfield church nearBroadway. Va., after which he left forGoshen, Ind., to attend a conferenceof the church. Rev. Ober is an ex-ceedingly busy man these cold days. 26 OUR COLLEGE TIMES. Why have anexchange department when there is nomaterial for its maintenance on theexchange rack? This is somewhatlike the question, Why have a sleighwhen there is no snow? Well youmight say, Keep it until the snowcomes, then suppose we keep this de-partment until we get some papers tofill our exchange racks. We have fewer papers on our ex-change table now than we had for along time. Is it due to the high cost of paper, or labor, or has the fuel ad-ministration closed your printers es-tablishment, or is it dut to the Gov-ernment control of railroads?
