The listed cast iron clock tower before the old town hall in Gateshead, north east England, UK


Built in 1870 the building lost its civic duties in 1987 when the new Civic Centre was completed. Currently ( 2013) being managed by North Music Trust associated with the Sage concert hall. Te cast iron clock tower was made by Gillott and Johnson of Croydon in 1892 being a copy of that in London's Victoria station.
