The second match in the tournament between Washington, Baltimore and Philadelphia was rolled on the Casino alleys in this city Friday evening, April 19. The alleys were in fine condition, being the set reserved for all important match games. Although it was their liome city the Quakers did not seem to feel a bit at liome, while the visitors appeared in their smoking jackets and walked around as it everything be- longed to them, as indeed it did after their magnificent bowling. Mac Rich- mond, with hii high game of 234 and total of 606, and McLennon with 224, 202 and 202, total of 628, were the stars of the evening. Baltimore's average was 176 and Washington 169. Philadel- phia is now out of It. having to make .223 pins more than Wasliington in the final game, which is a handicap they cannot overcome. The tussle between Baltimore and Washington, however, .should be worth going miles to see, as there are but 19 pins between them and the teams appear very evenly matched. The results oif this contest should make Philadelphia sit up and take notice, as it is not so very long before the serious business of the summer will be upon tliem and Chairman Connor will have to get a move on and bring the l30ys to- gether witli a determinati
