Now in its 10th year, the event has raised more than £ million for biodiversity conservation and poverty reduction projects in central Africa. Since the first Great Gorilla Run in 2003, thousands of people have donned their gorilla suits and joined the 7k fun run route starting at Mincing Court in the City and passing some of London's most iconic landmarks, including the Tower of London and St Paul's Cathedral.
