The Coast Guard Cutter Terrell Horne arrives in San Pedro, California, Jan. 02, 2019. The Terrell Horne is the third of four Fast-Response Cutters to be home-ported at Base Los Angeles-Long Beach and is scheduled to be officially commissioned in the spring. The cutter is named after Senior Chief Petty Officer Terrell Horne.
