A cased pair of percussion pistols, Gastinne-Renette, Paris, dated 1845 Octagonal barrels with twelve-groove rifled bores in mm calibre with patent breechblocks, engraved with leaves decorations at the muzzle and at the breech, in the middle offset flutes. The surfaces of the barrels each signed in gold "Gastinne Renette a Paris". The undersides of the barrels with marks of Albert Renette, year of manufacture "1845" as well as weapon number "400".
