Voted "Sports Car of the Century" in 1999. Mercedes 300 SL Gullwing W 198 was the first car with series-production four-stroke engine with gasoline injection. From 3-liter in-line six it produced 215 hp and with the tops speed of 260 km/h it was one of the world's fastest series-production cars at the time.
