A dusty battle. Masai Mara, Kenya: EYE-WATERING images show two zebras in a heated battle using hooves with one dirty fighter looking like he is using his teeth to go for the privates of his hapless opponent. One image taken from just ten-feet away shows one zebra bending down and biting the hind leg of its opponent as it throws the other zebra in the air with its body can grow to over nine feet long with an addition of a 30-inch tail and can reach a shoulder height of feet. They can also weigh up to 992 pounds. Their incisor teeth are used to graze, but also act as effective weapons when fighting. These images were captured by wildlife photographer Benjamin Buegeja (32) on the Masai Mara reserve in Kenya, using a Canon 5D MKIV camera. ?We were driving through the Masai Mara in Kenya after seeing the Great Migration into Tanzania and all we could see was a plume of dust,? said Benjamin. ?We sped to catch the action and came across two energetic Zebra trading blows. ?I love action shots, the dust being kicked up and the facial expressions on the animals. ?It was pretty intense actually, they are incredibly strong and as they get closer you can see just how powerful their kicks are. Not to mention those teeth. ?We were only ten feet mediadrumimages/BenjaminBuegeja
